I went on a trip with this company and I wasn't pleased with the service. For starters, I don't appreciate that they expect tips at the end of the trip. I already paid for the trip upfront, so why should I have to fork over more cash? And not everyone carries around cash nowadays, so it's a bit of a hassle. On top of that, they should be more transparent about any hidden costs like tolls when booking a trip. People like me who are visiting wouldn't be aware of these extra charges unless they were told about it clearly beforehand. All in all, not the best experience.
