I just bought a carrier from this company and I gotta say, the carrier itself is super durable and well-made. But man, the box it came in was a mess, all banged up with holes and missing parts, even the instructions! I had to call customer service twice to ask about my missing bits, and when I finally got them, some looked like they'd been used. Pretty bummed to see the lack of care in how they packaged and handled the product.

I absolutely love their clothes, but man, the prices are a total rip-off. It's ridiculous that I have to practically borrow money just to buy a regular pair of jeans. And don't even get me started on the crazy shipping costs. The quality of the clothes is okay, but definitely not worth the crazy high prices.
