I recently bought something that turned out to be a dud and I had to take it back. But the real headache started when I found out a month later that I still hadn't gotten my money back. I tried reaching out to the company but it was like talking to a brick wall - no reply, no recognition of my problem. It's almost like they couldn't care less about their customers.
