As a customer, I was really let down by the lack of transparency while buying a shirt. That £70 extra caught me off guard and made me feel like they weren't being honest with their customers. It's crucial for businesses to be upfront about their prices, especially when there are extra fees that can make a big difference in how much customers end up paying. This whole thing left me feeling annoyed and like I had been deceived.
