Triple S sneakers purchased
I recently bought a pair of Triple S sneakers from your store, and I gotta say I'm super bummed out about the quality. After only wearing them for a couple of weeks, the lining and heel ripped and foam started coming out. And to top it off, the loops for the shoelaces broke, which basically makes the shoes useless. When I contacted customer service about it, I couldn't believe their response. They said the shoes aren't meant for daily wear and tear, and they aren't responsible for that kind of damage. That's not okay for a brand like yours that's known for quality and high prices. Even after sending pictures of the damage, I didn't get a proper solution or even an apology. I'm so disappointed with the lack of concern and understanding towards a loyal customer like me.
