Genealogy research subscription
My experience with this genealogy research subscription has been pretty good so far. The more I use it, the more I get the hang of entering data and moving around the different features. The hints I get as my family tree grows have been really useful in finding new details and connections. I was pleasantly surprised by the special hints for ancestors from five generations ago, which is something other genealogy websites don't have. It made the whole experience more fun and satisfying. In general, I've seen a big boost in how comfortable and confident I am with using this service since I first started.

brake line
I just bought a brake line and it was a total letdown. I ordered it on June 7th, got charged right away, but still haven't seen the part. I got a confirmation email but no tracking info. I've tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times, but no one has gotten back to me. This lack of communication and service is just not okay.
