Microsoft software purchase
I recently bought some Microsoft software from Trusted Tech Team. They did their part really well and checked up on everything, but I gotta say, I was pretty let down by how Microsoft handled things. Even though Trusted Tech Team kept pushing them, Microsoft just seemed like they didn't care and took forever to look into things. And by the time they finally did, all the important logs were gone, so it was too late to figure out what happened.
