75-inch television
I was so happy when I first got my hands on the 75-inch TV, but that feeling didn't last long. Right after the warranty ended, I started seeing black lines on the screen. I reached out to the company for help, but their technicians told me the screen was faulty and couldn't be replaced because it was no longer in production. I paid $200 for the technician to basically tell me that there was no hope for my pricey TV. It's really disappointing to spend money on what you think is a top-notch product, only to run into such big problems soon after. This bad experience has turned me off from buying anything else from this company in the future, and I'll make sure to warn others about their products.
