Useless shuttle
The shuttle at the hotel near the airport was just brutal, eh? It totally let us down - didn't even show up to take us or bring us back like it was supposed to. We had to dish out more cash for Uber rides to get to and from the airport. No way we're parking there again after this lousy ordeal, that's for sure.
