I recently bought something on Vivino and ran into a problem with how it was delivered. Even though I asked them to wait to send it until after I got back from my vacation, they still sent it out. So now my package has been stuck at a UPS office for a long time, causing me some trouble. I've been trying to get in touch with Vivino through emails and phone calls, but the whole process of getting this sorted out has been really slow and not very effective. This whole situation has me doubting the quality of customer service at Vivino, especially when it used to be known for being really good.
