I bought some jewelry from Adinas Jewels not too long ago, but I got the wrong item. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service for weeks now, sending emails and leaving voice messages, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really frustrating because I can't return or exchange the incorrect item without their help. Their lack of communication is really bothering me.
