Delphia Toy

I bought a cable for my electronics from this store and I was so disappointed because it didn't work at all! I couldn't get any signal through the cable, which defeats the whole point of buying it in the first place. I reached out to their customer service and returned it, hoping for a full refund. To my surprise, they deducted a restocking fee from my refund. Are you serious? A restocking fee for a defective product? That just made things worse. Needless to say, I was very upset about the whole situation.
