Sunglasses return
I had to return a pair of sunglasses I bought here because they weren't quite what I wanted. But, the return process was really smooth and hassle-free. Otticanet made it easy to start the return and the communication was great. I got my refund super quick, just in a few days. Even though I had to send the sunglasses back, I was happy with how Otticanet handled everything.
