My time at your store was honestly disappointing. The staff were more into talking to each other than helping out customers. And when I finally got someone, their attitude was just not great. It felt like I was bothering them by being there. The stuff they sell is okay, but way too expensive for what it is. I was hoping for better from a brand with such a good reputation. The only good thing was that my online order arrived quickly, but that didn't make up for the bad service I got in person.
