Renewal Troubles
You know, I had a bit of a hiccup with my automatic renewal recently, but I gotta say, the folks on the support team really stepped up for me. At first, I wasn't too pleased and left a not-so-great rating because of some issues with fastspring.com, which is one of their official partners. But after a few back-and-forth emails with the support team, they sorted everything out and even agreed that they needed to update their email templates for better communication. I was really impressed by how they handled things and their commitment to making things right. Gotta hand it to them, credit where credit's due.
