Winch line purchase
Honestly, what's the point of ordering from this place online? I ordered a winch line that they claimed was in stock and ready to ship, but it was all a big fat lie. They never had it, don't have it, and won't have it for months. And to make matters worse, I can't even cancel the order or get my money back. Oh, and let's not forget about those mysterious charges on my credit card from them. Trying to reach their customer service is a nightmare, phone calls are ignored and the stores are useless. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of online orders from this place.
