Eh, I'm 12 years old and let me tell ya, this snack box is amazing, eh? Me and my family, we get it every month and it's a blast. I signed up for a subscription renewal for my genealogy research, but when I wanted to cancel it and get a refund for one day of use, the customer service was nowhere to be found. Despite their promise to respond within 1-2 days, I have yet to hear back after a full week. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored when trying to resolve an issue.
