Eh, my experience with the customer service at this financial company has been pretty disappointing, eh. I just moved my money from a big bank to this platform, only to find out they couldn't stop a payment that put me over my TFSA limit. This mistake could have been real bad for my finances, eh. When I tried talking to their customer service team about it, they weren't much help and couldn't fix the problem. So I decided to take my money out of this company, eh.

I've been a customer of this company for a few years now, and every time I've ordered, it's been a good experience. The costumes I've bought for my son for Purim have always been top-notch, cool designs, and made him really happy. But my last order had some bad stitches on one of the costumes. Despite that, the customer service team was fast to deal with it and gave me a refund as a goodwill gesture. I'm grateful for their quick help and effort to fix things. Now, I'm trying to upload pictures of my son in the costumes, but I can't seem to reset my password because the "forget password form" isn't coming through, not even in my spam folder.

I just got my new suitcase from Paravel and I'm loving it! It's really strong and I can pack all my things in it. The backpack is also super useful for carrying stuff while traveling. And the fold-up bag is adorable and fits nicely in my suitcase. I'm obsessed with the colors and how everything looks!
