Hotel booking experience
My recent experience booking a hotel through this platform was a letdown, eh. I had reserved a hotel, but it got canceled last minute, leaving me in a tough spot. They tried to blame the hotel, but I think the platform should take responsibility for their suppliers and make sure my experience goes more smoothly, you know?

Eva 2 purchase
I just got the Eva 2 and it was a letdown. It didn't stay on like it was supposed to and honestly, it felt pretty useless. The quality and performance were not up to par. And the customer service was nothing to write home about - it seemed like they didn't really care about us customers. I'd say to anyone thinking of buying it, be careful and maybe look at other options first.
