Booking issue resolution
I had a little problem with my booking and had to reach out to customer service for help. Even though they were in Canada too, I got in touch with them through live chat and they quickly sorted out the issue. I was really impressed with how well they handled everything and took care of my concerns. They not only fixed the mistake, but also gave me a refund so I could book again without any trouble. They even sent me a follow-up email to make sure everything was okay. All in all, I'm really happy with the great service they gave me.
