Email update delay
I've been trying to update my email with them since the start of January and it's honestly been such a pain. They said they'd follow up in February, but despite me reaching out and them saying they'd push my issue up, I still haven't gotten it sorted. I gave them all the info needed to prove who I am, but they keep dodging and not helping. They managed to change my son's email on his account super fast, but my request has been ignored for over 11 weeks now. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare and their excuse of being swamped causing delays is getting old after all this time.

Wedding cash gift
I used this platform not too long ago to send some cash to a friend for their wedding. But I gotta say, the whole thing was a bit of a nightmare. The website seemed sketchy and not very secure, and to top it off, my friend's account got hacked and the money got stolen. When we contacted customer service, they kinda tried to sweep it under the rug at first, but then just stopped replying altogether. It was super disappointing and frustrating, especially since we were expecting better security and customer service from them.
