Brutally inconsistent. Your order may ship in 24 hours or may sit for a month "processing" while they still keep selling the same products. They take over a week to reply to contact and don't provide a real answer when they do. I waited for shipping over two weeks and asked them to ship or cancel the order as I was getting concerned. They replied they were placing the order on hold while I decided what I wanted to do. I asked them to ship it as soon as possible ... no reply for 8 days again. I don't know if I will ever see my order or $100 refund
