I picked up this really cool ring off that website, but turns out I messed up the size 😢 I've been trying to reach out to them to fix it, but they haven't been getting back to my emails or calls. The ring is on its way now, fingers crossed it won't take ages to switch for the right size. Their customer service is seriously lacking, hopefully they sort this out for me soon!

I've bought some body jewelry from this company a few times now, and I gotta say, I've been pretty happy with the stuff I've gotten. They've got a bunch of cool and different pieces that have really spiced up my collection. But, there was this one time where the item I got wasn't exactly what was described on the website. I shot an email to customer service, and they were super quick in getting back to me and sending a replacement right away. Overall, I'd say they handled it well and I'm satisfied with the outcome.
