I just got a personalized bobblehead as a graduation gift for my daughter, eh. When I got it, I was so disappointed, bud. It didn't look anything like the photo I sent in, and there were extra costs I wasn't told about when I ordered it. I left a bad review, and then this guy named Tom got a hold of me and said their best sculptor would fix it up. But it still wasn't good enough, pal. I had higher expectations, you know? It's tough being a customer and getting such lousy quality, especially when it was supposed to be a special present.
