My subscription had a bumpy start back in December. I couldn't even get started because I couldn't properly register my product. I contacted customer support and waited two whole weeks for a response. When they finally got back to me, they gave me instructions for a PC even though I had clearly mentioned I was using a Mac! I had to wait even longer for a proper solution, but at least they said sorry. The product itself is pretty good, with cloud services and support for big brands, but it would be great to have more online storage options in the future.
