I'm really disappointed with my experience with the company. I ordered something over two weeks ago, shelled out a good chunk of money, and still haven't got anything. I've tried emailing Merit multiple times but haven't heard back at all. It's just not cool to be so unprofessional, and I have a feeling the products aren't great either. I'd suggest steering clear of this company to others.
