I recently bought something from LN-CC, but I wasn't happy with how things turned out. When my bag came, it had scratches and damages on it, which was a letdown because I spent a lot of money on it. I couldn't return or exchange it because I needed it for a specific event, so I just had to deal with it. It's not cool to see expensive stuff being sold in less than perfect condition – it feels like they don't care about the money we work hard for. Stores should remember that we work hard for our money, and it's not right to sell damaged things. LN-CC should make sure everything they sell is brand new, unworn, and defect-free in the future to avoid disappointing customers.
