As a new customer, my experience with Frame has been really disappointing. Even though they said my item was shipped in an email, FedEx hasn't even gotten it yet. It's been like this for a whole week now and it's not getting any better. I've tried reaching out to customer service by email many times since there's no phone number listed, but I haven't heard anything back. On their website, they say orders will ship the same day or the next day, but that didn't happen with my order. It's been frustrating and there doesn't seem to be a solution in sight.
