Like, seriously, no one reads the terms and conditions, so stop acting shocked when things don't go your way. You have options, like arbitration, suing in small claims court, or contacting the consumer affairs department. Don't just sit there complaining, take action and stand up for yourself! Americans have power, so use it, okay? Stop playing the victim and start being a boss!
