I picked up this software because I wanted a certain look, but I got all mixed up trying to make it happen. I can be a bit clueless when it comes to computers sometimes! So, I reached out to them to vent my frustrations and Julia was there to guide me through it all. She was really helpful and understanding, spending over 2 days patiently answering all my questions. Now I'm feeling good about using the program and I know that if I get stuck again, they'll be there to help me out.
