I got these headphones thinking they'd have amazing sound and be super comfy. But as soon as I used them for an hour, they started having issues connecting to my phone. I tried everything but couldn't get them to link up again. Even with the new pair I got, the same thing happened. The sound and comfort were awesome, but the performance and customer service were disappointing.
