They started leaking after only a few wears, leaving my feet all wet and uncomfortable. I was really let down, especially since I shelled out a lot of money for them. I reached out to customer service to see about getting a replacement or refund, but the whole process was slow and annoying. In the end, I ended up with a crappy product and a bad taste in my mouth.
