At first, I wasn't really seeing much in terms of savings from BillTrim unless I decided to cut back on some of my services. But, they really went above and beyond and ended up saving me over $300 in just one year. The communication from BillTrim was top-notch, they kept me updated every step of the way on how things were going. I would definitely suggest their services to others.

I live in New Zealand and I ordered some boots from FC-Moto. Unfortunately, they were too small even though I made sure to check the sizing charts and do all the measurements. When I tried to send them back, the shipping fees were way too expensive! I reached out to FC-Moto for help, but they weren't very helpful at all. In the end, I had to use a different carrier, which ended up costing me a lot of money. They really need to improve their return process.

On the positive side, the product arrived in excellent condition and was of good quality. I ended up deciding to order another pair of boots, so let's just hope they fit this time!
