That's ridiculous! I bought some new batteries and a charger for my Sony camera on Amazon, but they were actually sold by that company. After just 14 months, the batteries don't hold a charge anymore. When I contacted customer service about their so-called 18-month warranty, they wouldn't help me cause they're not selling on Amazon anymore. It's a total joke! Stay away from their low-quality stuff.

I recently bought something and got the wrong stuff. I talked to customer service and they said sorry, but couldn't fix it right away. They told me to send back the wrong stuff and wait for my money back, which was really annoying. The back-and-forth with customer service took forever because it was all done through email. I tried my best but all they gave me was free shipping on my next order as an apology. The customer service was slow and not very helpful, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience.
