I just bought a laptop for my son's birthday from this online store, but the delivery process has been a nightmare. It's been six weeks and the item still hasn't shown up. Their customer service hasn't been much help either, just sending me generic emails saying it's the courier's fault. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.
