I was really disappointed with the customer service at this place. The staff just seemed to be more focused on chatting with each other than on helping customers. The ordering process was so confusing, and I had to wait much longer than I should have to get my custom digital map. And let me tell you, the prices were just way too high! I was expecting more from a company that says they're a top provider of mapping products. The only good thing was that the delivery was at least on time, so I guess that's one positive.

I have to say, owning the robot vacuum and mop from Narwal has been a game-changer for me. It's really gone above and beyond what I expected. The design is so innovative, the technology is smart, and the cleaning power is next level. It's totally changed the way I think about cleaning my house.
