Faulty pop button trousers
I recently bought a pair of pants from this company and I gotta say, I was super let down by how bad they were. I paid $100 for this pair of pants that had a busted snap button. So, I called up customer service to sort it out, and they straight up told me they knew about the problem but weren't gonna give me my money back. They said they would fix the pants but also mentioned they were gonna stop using snap buttons in the future. I feel like that's not cool on their part. I expect to get a product that works properly, and if it doesn't, I wanna be compensated somehow. It's kinda messed up that they kept selling these pants even though they knew they had issues. If you care about quality and good customer service, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
