Membership downgrade due to app merge
I recently went through a frustrating experience where my membership status got downgraded from gold to blue after they merged with their new app. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have spent a lot of money with them, but the customer service I received when trying to fix this issue was terrible. The representatives from Expedia were not helpful at all and gave me generic responses that did not address my concerns. I tried to find a solution, but I did not get a satisfactory outcome. Because of this, I have made the decision to close my account with Expedia and switch to a different company. I think that loyalty should go both ways, and the way they treated me, a long-time member, was really disappointing.
