Recent online purchase
I just made an online order and got an email from the shipping company saying my stuff would be here on a specific day. But, surprise surprise, it didn't show up, and the tracking info changed to no delivery date at all. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me my order was stuck in Customs. It feels like there's some mixed signals or lack of communication going on. This whole situation has kind of put me off, and I'll for sure be more cautious before ordering from them in the future.

My experience with the seller was really something else. The service from the salesman was top-notch in every way. He was not only friendly and professional, but also super helpful the whole time. I really liked how quick he was to answer my questions and how he always made sure to hear me out. He really went the extra mile to sort out any problems that came up, and I'm so thankful for his amazing service and hard work.
