Online shopping experience
My recent online shopping experience with Macy's was pretty disappointing. I ordered a few things, but the package ended up being shipped from way far away instead of close to home. To top it off, they forgot to include my full address on the package, only my P.O. Box and missing my street address. This mistake made the shipping company not want to deliver the package, which led to a frustrating back-and-forth between Macy's customer service and the shipping company. I talked to three different customer service reps, but none of them could fix the address issue properly. Also, the language barrier made it hard to communicate, making things even more frustrating. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold forever and then suddenly disconnected. In the end, I had to tell the shipping company to send the package back, leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth about my Macy's online shopping experience.
