Replacement figure received
After a bit of a rough beginning and having to wait a while, I finally got the replacement figure that I was waiting for. The whole thing was kind of annoying and took a long time, with lots of emails back and forth before I finally got the item. Even though things didn't start off great, I have to say I'm happy with how it all turned out. Tom and the folks at the company really came through in the end and made it right. I'm really looking forward to giving the figure to the person I originally planned to give it to.
