As a customer of this pet care company, I have to say that my experience was not good at all. I bought something that said it was sent two weeks ago, but when I checked with the shipping company, they said it wasn't even sent out yet. When I asked for my money back, they ignored me and didn't talk to me. Their customer service is really bad because they won't even pick up the phone. It's really disappointing to see a company that should care about pets using sneaky tricks like this.
