Broken product, replacement cap requested
I bought something from the store not long ago, but it showed up broken. So I got in touch with customer service to ask for a new cap to fix the leak. But they said no to the cap replacement, and instead offered a new bottle if I sent back the broken one. I didn't like the way they talked to me, it was kinda rude. And dealing with the whole return process was a hassle, especially with the shoddy packaging. There was no Styrofoam or anything to protect the product during shipping, so of course it got damaged.
