Megan was really professional, polite, and knew her stuff the whole time we were talking. She found my package quickly and kept me updated just a few days after I got in touch with customer service. She even reached out to make sure I got my shoes, which I thought was really nice. Megan's awesome customer service made my shopping experience really positive.
