big hair stuff
I tried ordering some of that big hair product online but man, it was a total nightmare! The website totally messed up my address so my package ended up at the wrong spot. I called them right away to straighten it out but they said they couldn't do anything to help. So now I'm broke and left with no big hair stuff. Such a drag, eh?

I placed an order for some vinyl. It was on sale at a great price. It took them 6 days to get the order ready to ship which seems a little excessive but I guess it is what it is. They provided me with the tracking number and for 4 days it showed the package was never picked up. When I emailed customer service to inquire, they just kept telling me the package shipped on X day and providing me a link to the tracking info. The link provided clearly shows the package was never picked up so I emailed back. I said I have this tracking info and it shows the package was never picked up. Could someone checked to make sure the package was actually shipped. Customer service replies your package was shipped and sends me the same tracking info. Once again that shows the package was never picked up. The customer service team does not seem to want to do anything to see if the package is actually shipped . This might be an okay store if you're going in to buy something, but I do not recommend ordering online. If you have any problems, good luck getting them resolved with their horrible customer service center. I guess now I have two options put my project on hold and definitely and hope my product finally shows up or go buy more fabric locally and fight with my credit card company to hopefully get my money back
