I was really upset with my time in this store. I thought I found some great deals with the coupons they had, but turns out none of them actually worked. I was ready to spend about $900, but because the coupons were no good, I left feeling pretty annoyed. The prices were already steep, so the false coupons just made things worse. It's tough when a store doesn't keep their word, especially with money-saving offers. So I took my business elsewhere, where I know I can count on fair prices and good customer service - like at Pottery Barn.
