Cool sheets for hot sleepers
These sheets are amazing at keeping me cool at night! I tend to get really warm when I sleep, especially in the winter, so these sheets have been a total game-changer for me. My favorite ones are the Arctic Aire because they feel so smooth and cool. I used to crack open my window in the winter just to stay comfortable, but now I don't have to! The regular performance sheets are fine, but the Arctic Aire ones are the real deal.

Quick Dry Sheets
I bought the quick dry sheets from this company and it was just not a good time. I tried to follow the instructions on the website to get a refund authorization number, but it didn't work out. I called and emailed them so many times but got no reply. It was really annoying to have so much trouble trying to reach customer service.
Sheet and mattress pad purchase
I was so pumped to get my bedsheet and mattress pad from your store because I heard so many good things about them. But man, after I gave them a shot, I realized they just weren't right for me. And then things went from bad to worse. When I tried to return them like the website said, I ran into all sorts of problems that really ticked me off. Even though I followed all the steps properly and quickly, I still had to bug the company a bunch of times just to get my money back. It was super annoying and felt like a huge waste of time. That whole situation totally ruined any good vibes I had about the products.
Overpriced, misleading coupons

Sheet set with extra pillowcases
I bought a sheet set that said it came with extra pillowcases, but when I got my order, the extra pillowcases were missing. I contacted customer service and they said they would send them to me, but after a month and a second order, I still don't have them. It's disappointing that the company didn't follow through on their promise, especially considering how much their stuff costs. It's too bad they're treating their customers like this.
