I bought a sheet set that said it came with extra pillowcases, but when I got my order, the extra pillowcases were missing. I contacted customer service and they said they would send them to me, but after a month and a second order, I still don't have them. It's disappointing that the company didn't follow through on their promise, especially considering how much their stuff costs. It's too bad they're treating their customers like this.

These sheets are amazing at keeping me cool at night! I tend to get really warm when I sleep, especially in the winter, so these sheets have been a total game-changer for me. My favorite ones are the Arctic Aire because they feel so smooth and cool. I used to crack open my window in the winter just to stay comfortable, but now I don't have to! The regular performance sheets are fine, but the Arctic Aire ones are the real deal.

I got these sheets and they're just so great! I've had them for a few years and they're still in perfect shape. They're so breathable, I don't wake up all sweaty anymore. Plus, they stay in place on my adjustable mattress. I'm totally getting them as gifts for my family this holiday season. Such a fantastic product!
