Order issue
I had a problem with an order I made where I didn't hear back from the company and didn't get good customer service. I placed my order back on January 20, 2022, and had a hard time getting updates on when it would arrive. Even though I tried to get help and asked for a refund, the company didn't reply to me at all. Because of this, I decided to get PayPal involved to try to sort things out. To my surprise, instead of fixing the problem, the company ended up shipping the package on March 1, 2022, without trying to fix things or even acknowledging the situation. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and let down by the customer service they offered.
