The folks over at Rev are seriously amazing. I was blown away by how they managed to accurately figure out who was speaking, even when dealing with tricky Ukrainian names written in English. I had a hard time telling who was talking during the phone call, but Rev totally got it right. They saved me a ton of time and stress when I was working under a tight deadline, and that kind of help is priceless. Plus, they turned around the transcription super quickly.
